Hannah... here and there

cheers!

Its beginning to look alot like Christmas..., Christmahanawanzadon I mean. Pardon, and pass the eggnog! I am finally done with holiday shopping. This time of year is so fun to shop- not only do you get holiday music & goodies, Christmas also brings out confused husbands wandering in the ladies stores. The "i'm confused" and "help me" look gives it away. Cracks me up. I helped out 2 husbands the other night put down bad jewelry and go for something more fun. Hope there wifeys like it!

The holiday music, santa gifts, and sugar high have helped work go fast this week. I'm working tomorrow (with plenty of cheer) and then off the StL asap. Looking forward to dropping in on friends, hanging with fam, seeing what gag gifts make it under the tree this year. It has turned into a family tradition to throw in a few surprise presents just for laughs. especially for Dad. He's the one that insists "Don't get my anything- I'd rather have you save your money". Come christmas eve, he never has enough boxes under the tree.. so we often go searching for some of his forgotten favorites. Try it. Its too fun to watch someone unwrap a gift, see they love it, then have the look of this looks alot like the one in my closest. Makes present opening last longer too. And yes real Santa does visit our house too!

Looking forward to hanging out with my fatherly pirate, my mother "Mrs. Clause", and the little dr. stevens too.. Just 4 of us for Christmas, but thats 4 more together than last year!! Can't wait, maybe i'll holler from Stlouis. Safe travels everybody!! Still practicing with Happy Christmahanawanzadon...

"Don't get ME anything!" At least get the quote right. Looking forward to "seeing you" [which is a bad pun these days!] Drive carefully!

Love,

DAD

You blow my mind, Han! Did I EVER have your high energy when I was in my twenties???? Almost wants me to relive my life, but don't think that is gonna happen at my age! I love your sense of humor...that's 'cause you are an Aquarian! (sp?) Anyway, we were both born in January with me only arriving 100 years ahead of you! Have fun in St. Louie! Wish Daddy Laddie and I could be there, but we'll have fun here in Houston with Sunny, Deb and the McMurry's. MERRY CHRISTMAS HAN!
Love, Mama Lou & Daddy Laddie

Hannah--I LOVE THE PICS OF YOU on your dad's blog. You were SOOOO hot in those glasses. I've got to show those to MJ.

Are you going to moderate your Dad's blog entries while you are at home??? We want more pics of you in the late 80s and early 90s. That's all I want for Christmas!

Matt,

I will see what Santa can do for your request this year. I am only operating with one eyeball; but, we will see what we can find for you! Of course, I am doing this when Hannah is asleep!
