2 Things...
You got running music? I'm changing up my mp3 player for the StJude 1/2 marathon this weekend. Looking for some good booty kickin' music, any genre. I've got John Legend- to David Crowder- to the Emancipation of Mimi (i admit it)- to Sugarland- Micheal Buble- Passion- Nellyville- you name it. Anything to keep me moving 13.1 miles, I'll check it out on walmart.com. 88 sweet cents a song! Whats on your playlist?
.........
Second, I love this prayer by Walter Brueggemann. I read it somewhere else a few months ago, and keep coming back to what it says. Worth a share..

.
"More or Less"
.
We will be your faithful people -- more or less
We will love you with all our hearts -- perhaps
We will love our neighbor as ourselves -- maybe
.
We are grateful that with you it is never "more or less", "perhaps", or "maybe".
With you it is never "yes and no", but always "yes" -- clear, direct, unambiguous, trustworthy.
We thank you for your "yes" come flesh among us.
Amen.

I like the new Third Day.
You can borrow any you would like.
Kick some booty. I'm in my marathon of studying. I'll run with you soon.
I would suggest some Beach Boys, a few Motown tunes, with some Eagles and then some good Third Day stuff to polish off and celebrate.
You go girl....we are proud of you!
Love,
DAD
May I suggest the WICKED soundtrack? IT WAS AWESOME! (I'll fill you in on that later)
Also, I have to agree Carrie Underwood's CD is great, and Becky is right on target with her suggestions too.
My honey suggests ACDC, The Used, and Pillar. (I haven't even heard of 2 of those groups!)
Run hard... Run fast... Have fun!

Where is your update girl? Did you kiss Elvis?

Hey Han,
This is from your last blog, I saw Rent last night. I totally agree, it was SO GREAT!!! I had to stop myself from singing along in the theater. I can't wait to see it again.
So anyways, 13 miles??? Are you nuts? Hopefully you're resting today. It was good to see you over thanksgiving and i love your blog.
love,
Jenny
