SpeechPath reunion this weekend- yipee! This is a picture from Lindsey's wedding last spring..I'm meeting up with these girlfriends from graduate school for our 3rd annual MLK weekend. Different states, different jobs, different experiences now - but there's something special when I get together with this gang. Probably b/c we spent 2 full years of studying, playing, and stressing together...we talk about dysphagia, apraxia, and dysarthria in conversation...and these ladies are tip-top quality, so fun, sincere and loyal friends! (even though I don't return phone calls & we get to catch up a few times a year?) My best friendships can handle these un-intentional "breaks", and then pick up as if we never left off. Sound familiar? Therefore I know this weekend is going to be a treat! Hope yours is too.. What are you doing for MLK weekend??*Anyone else notice today is friday the 13th?...

Not sure about my MLK plans. Was out late with law school friends tonight and we're talking about getting together some this weekend. I plan on relaxing and catching up.
Dangit! Matt beat me to the punch, but I'll still say it...your speech path friends are hot! Why have I never met these ladies? Let them know your friend in New York/Chicago will take them to dinner if 1) they're single, and 2) ever in the neighborhood.
What a bevy of beautiful young ladies whom I hope I never meet professionally! I love all the pictures of your friends and you. Good job keeping up the blog Hannah! I am proud of you!
