why I love wednesday's
the good Lord gave me just what I needed at the end of a busy day~

.... Sharing interests with Monica (like agreeing the Bachelor is f-i-n-e) ..heheh!
For 2+ years, my community group from Highpoint has been a rich blessing to my life. Whether we're studying the Bible, sharing our lives, or having a "game/dinner" night like this evening, I always walk away uplifted and thankful for these girls in my life. We met at my house for the first 1+ year (Melissa, Bev, Meg, Tanya too) - now we've multiplied into 2 groups and I head to MaryDevan's house every Wednesday night. We've grown and played, shared, laughed, and studied 10 books of the Bible together. We're currently doing a bible study series on Pursuing Spiritual Transformation, our next booklet is- Growth: Training vs. Trying. Just the title talks to me, should be good!
Isn't is awesome that God knows exactly what we need? I sure know what I want.. but God fulfilling my needs brings more satisfaction than anything I've put in my life. Community is one thing I need in my life, and I couldn't have picked better friends to share it with!

i know the feeling! it was great to finally see your smilin face and to catch up! it is an honor to do life with you. your contagious enthusiasm for life and our Lord is always uplifting and fun to be around!!!
Hannah--You wrote that you go to Mary DeVan's "every week"??? We all know better than that! I'm glad you all are in MJ's life and that we are all friends.
yeah yeah matthew...we know you'd like to be included in this community group. The cornbread + all your favorite ladies- don't be jealous! I thought of throwing your picture into the mix too...but thats a worthy single post!
